False, Luigi. I eat bananas once in a while, rice less seldom, and rarely coconuts. And I don't use soy sauce.

Sorta true but not quite. I don't have coconuts in my diet. I sometimes have rice and soy sauce in the form of sushi for lunch - once or twice a month. I have bananas in the form of organics pancakes I make using blended banana slices, 2 eggs and porridge oats - I have it for breakfast once a week.

No, actually none of those items. Diabetic so rice and bananas are out. Don't like coconut, and soy sauce is limited to an occasional Chinese meal.
2019-08-28 12:42:19 UTC
FALSE. None of those foods are staples in my diet. They also don’t provide me with the right nutrition that I need. Coconuts are not very accessible where I live. I don’t like rice and never cook with it - it’s not even in my cupboard. I don’t use soy sauce and I don’t buy bananas.

My diet staples include: free range eggs, grass fed beef, fresh fish, kangaroo meat, other fruits like apples, milk, bacon and various vegetables like spinach or beans.

false: I dont like coconut, not crazy about soy sauce, I do eat rice but limit it, and I do like bananas
2019-08-27 14:18:12 UTC
False, false, and false. Don't like coconut. Soy sauce is too salty - even the low salt stuff. I love rice, but have to stay away from it for medical reasons.

False except for rice, There's always rice in the cabinet. Also I acquired over a period of time like 50 pounds of wild rice. I don't use it everyday, so it just sits there begging me to cook some of it. One purchase of 10 lbs. cost more than a hundred bucks. It's hand harvested from a local Indian reservation and it's so worth it. It'll last me pretty much forever.

The other things on the list are not staple. I happen to have soy sauce, but I don't use it for anything. I like apples, not bananas so much, they go bad before I can finish a bunch. Now, fried banana chip, I could deal with a stash of that but for the expense.
