If you aren't a partner you must be a low level employee like a cleaner who isn't directly employed by John Lewis.

Go through proper channels, don't moan about them on the internet. I received a defamation claim from a company I worked for because I moaned about them on the internet, I had to pay £2,500 to halt the claim. I paid it because even though what I said was true, they could afford to run rings around me and I would have lost had I not settled, I even got carried away and said things that were true but I could not back up, so they could just say it was false. They will say you are defaming them even if you are not, and it's not like a criminal case, they don't have to prove anything to take you out financially, you have to prove what you said is true and most likely with no lawyer as no legal aid is available in defamation cases. You have experiences but can you prove them 100%? Do you have enough money to keep up with them? Complain through the unions, the employment tribunals if you can, but that's all you can do unless you have a lot of money or you will just harm yourself like I did.
